KEY OUTPUTS
- Management of networking, internal staff functions, and corporate social events.
- Responsible for ensuring a positive relationship between key stakeholders, mainly between doctors, other medical practitioners, medical funders, and other relevant companies.
- Ownership of respective hospital’s marketing strategies.
- Recruitment of new doctors and maintenance of current doctors.
- Marketing of doctors to establish referring relationships between doctors.
- Management of relations with Hospital Manager pertaining to liaising with doctors, practice managers, and receptionists.
- Co-ordination of the CPD programs for doctors.
- Maintenance of the doctor database.
- Targeted media marketing messages and campaigns.
- Manage Corporate social community projects.
- Planning and execution of marketing collateral.
- General marketing activities to promote hospitals and company to the public, the community, doctors, and medical funders.
- Submission of Monthly marketing report to Hospital Manager and Group Marketing Manager.
- Submission of relevant end-of-month admin documents.
- Maintaining and reporting of patient survey results.
- Timeous collection of doctor and doctor’s receptionist surveys and data.
- Maintaining individual budgets and hospital’s budgeted revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 and Marketing related qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in marketing or similar roles at a medium to large organization, with at least 1 year in the medical industry.
- Good track record of client relationships or liaison.
- Familiarity with technology used to assess performance.
- Experience in online marketing and advertising.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle pressure and maintain good working relationships with other stakeholders.
