We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Spa Manager and Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa located in Pretoria East. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage spa services, staff, and finances efficiently. Our ideal candidate has experience in delivering exceptional client experiences and running a high-standard facility within a 4/5-star environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Manage financial aspects of the spa, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, front desk staff, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure all spa operations adhere to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and our brand's quality expectations.
- Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of spa products.
- Address and resolve client queries, complaints, and feedback to improve the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a spa, preferably within a 4/5-star hotel or high-end spa environment.
- Proven track record in financial management and staff leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service and spa industry standards.
- Experience with spa management software is an advantage.
