We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced D365 Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies, coupled with extensive experience in architecting and implementing solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform, encompassing Dataverse, Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (FnO), Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements and translate them into meticulously crafted technical designs.
- Provide decisive technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and establish architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines for Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring adherence to industry-leading standards.
- Conduct thorough architecture reviews to guarantee compliance with established standards and optimize solution performance.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and optimization within existing implementations.
- Actively contribute to pre-sales activities, including conducting solution demonstrations, developing proposals, and delivering compelling client presentations.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 implementations, with specialized expertise in:
- Dataverse
- Customer Engagement (CE)
- Finance and Operations (FnO)
- Power Platform
- Azure services (e.g., Storage accounts, Keyvault, Service Bus, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a D365 Enterprise Architect.
- Robust understanding of architecture principles and design patterns, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in pre-sales activities, including conducting solution demonstrations and developing persuasive proposals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with global or multinational organizations, demonstrating adaptability to diverse environments.
- Previous involvement in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or professional services, providing valuable insight into sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
