A multi-national company established more than 70 years ago is currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager to deliver a £30M M&E package on a Commercial Refurbishment project in East London. Throughout their history, the client has worked on a number of high-profile projects and continues to win projects for the future.
Due to continuous growth within the business, they are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager. The perfect candidate will ideally have experience providing fit-out services across the Commercial sector with particular emphasis on the Banking sector.
Responsibilities Include:
- Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Permits to work.
- Overseeing the installation of mechanical & electrical programmes on site.
- Attending client meetings.
- Management of outside contractors.
