Process Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities
- 5-10 years work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with accountability for processes, equipment, and product quality.
- Project management skills; in-depth problem solving and analytical skills.
- IT Systems; calculations.
- Knowledge of the optical industry.
- Contribute to technical pilots in the lab (new technology, new products).
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements by working closely with managers, team leaders, and employees; train staff on processes, best practices, and technical standards.

Purpose of the Job
Ensure technical coordination and support; production processes in the lab are in line with group standards and optimized to achieve:
- Industrial performance targets (yield, consumables consumption, quality, and service targets).
- Product performance specifications.
