Job Purpose
To support Digital Sales channel in driving digital sales growth and aligning with Nedbank’s strategic focus areas. This role will focus on executing digital sales strategies, optimizing sales performance, and enabling the digital sales team to reach and exceed targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to develop processes at a medium to high complexity under supervision
- 2 – 4 years Blue Prism development
- Business Analysis techniques and practices experience
- Tester experience
- To support Digital Sales channel in driving digital sales growth and aligning with Nedbank’s strategic focus areas. This role will focus on executing digital sales strategies, optimizing sales performance, and enabling the digital sales team to reach and exceed targets.
- Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in digital sales, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Understand and optimize the digital sales funnel to ensure best practices are applied for maximum throughput.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data insights to identify key levers and improve digital sales outcomes continuously.
- Work with digital, Marketing, Segment, Solution, and Chapter Leads to analyse sales funnels and opportunities. Understanding of Product CVPs
- Sales Targets – Understand and monitor sales targets, regularly reviewing against performance and adjusting as needed.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve any barriers or blockers that may hinder sales performance, ensuring a clear pathway to goal achievement.
- Bring innovative thinking to address market challenges and improve digital sales processes.
- Project Management: manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently. Ensure delivery of initiatives and align with overall digital sales initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and raise/address risks quickly.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
- Post Graduate qualification in Sales and Marketing.
Preferred Certifications
- Commercial Financial Planning
Minimum Experience Level
- 5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing with Project Management experience
