Senior General Practice Surveyor opportunity in Essex

You will be joining a small organisation where being treated as an individual rather than part of a larger operation is of upmost importance. You will join a friendly and approachable team with a shared passion for property and delivering high levels of service to clients.
Your new role
As the Senior General Practice Surveyor, you will have a broad role including Landlord and Tenant duties such as lease renewals and rent reviews, and valuations. Working across Essex and Hertfordshire, you will build client relationships from the outset and advise on asset management strategies. Excellent career progression is available with this role. Opportunities to become an Associate are available in the short-term with long-term Directorship opportunities also available.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will be required to be MRICS and ideally a Registered Valuer (or be willing to achieve Registered Valuer status). Broad General Practice experience is preferred to include Landlord and Tenant experience. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required. Free parking is available on site and mileage is reimbursed.
