Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the public sector.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
