Our client in the EC is seeking the expertise of a seasoned Assistant Lodge Manager for one of their established lodges:
The below personal attributes are important for role:
- Reliable
- Honest
- Hard Working
- Prepared to go above and beyond when required (not a clock watcher)
- Flexible and able to handle anything that gets thrown at them
- Strong in Food and Beverage – background in kitchen would be preferable (chef/head chef)
- Strong and with experience in stock takes and inputting of stocks
- Strong personality with good leadership attributes
- Good interpersonal skills especially with staff and guests
- Very strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Career driven
- Must have a valid drivers license with experience in driving - PDP would be advantageous
The following would be included in package :
- Accommodation on site in the staff village
- Transport to and from lodge for rostered shifts
- A staff meal when on shift
- Self catering when off duty
They work on a rotational shift cycle (weekly)
