We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our permanent Kitchen team at our restaurant in Cromer. As a Sous Chef, your role is critical to the smooth running of our meal time service and the overall dining experience.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu creation and development
- Good organisational skills
- Works well under pressure
- Deputise in absence of the Senior Chef
- Lead by example
- Management of the junior chefs
- Punctual and reliable
- Problem solving
