Receive, source, plan, communicate, process, and validate assigned corporate events to ensure events are effectively processed and clients are informed, enabled to make appropriate elections, and receive entitlements for corporate events within prescribed deadlines and regulatory framework.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- Diploma in Finance or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Proficient with BANCS or similar Corporate Actions processing system.
- Experience in a Corporate Actions environment and proficient financial market knowledge.
- Experience managing a small team or projects.
