MUST HAVE:
3+ years of relevant general management experience in an academic environment.
DUTIES:
- Manage operations - sales, HR, academic delivery, finances, student satisfaction.
- Design, implement, and monitor progress of Campus Plan.
- Manage sales, marketing, and business growth.
- Financial management - budgets, costs, etc.
- Manage operations and security.
- Oversee IT infrastructure.
- Ensure student satisfaction.
- Handle recruitment and HR.
- Manage staff and performance.
