Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Consultant/Assistant. This role will be based at their offices and will primarily involve providing support to the sales teams with order processing and administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process incoming orders with precision and accuracy.
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
- Min Matric, additional education or training is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
