A rapidly growing SaaS company supporting businesses in emerging markets to optimize resources and enhance productivity is looking for a professional and dedicated Enterprise Sales Manager. This role is pivotal to driving revenue growth and expanding market share by closing new enterprise deals. They are looking for an integrity-driven sales professional with proven experience meeting revenue targets across multiple market sectors through direct and channel sales. Ideal candidates should be passionate and ambitious, with a strong sales charisma, excellent C-level relationship-building skills, and a track record in mid-market and large enterprise sales
Minimum Requirements:
5-6 years of enterprise sales experience (preferably with SaaS sales)
3+ years of individual SaaS sales experience
2+ years of channel partner business and channel sales
Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for enterprise SaaS companies and multinational OEM’s
Extensive experience in negotiating terms and closing mega-deal contracts
Should be a strategic thinker who can lead the initiatives and build sales functions for the company
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environment
Previous experience in selling enterprise software applications such as HCM, ERP, etc
Have successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models will be an added advantage
Have a track record of being closers and in target achievement

Good initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure revenue goals are met/exceeded
Generate revenue through strategic sales and channel partnerships
Focus on driving a “solutions selling” and “value selling” culture
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through direct prospecting, relationships, referrals and inbound leads
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability by targeting and mapping out opportunities within large and medium enterprises
Meet and communicate with customers virtually or on-site, where necessary
Lead all aspects of the consultative sales process including new business development, client research, demoing, closing, and follow-up
Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
Effectively navigates and negotiates contracts
Develop and deliver reports regarding key prospects and sales potential regularly
Uphold the company’s brand, core values, and culture pillars at all times
Any other responsibilities assigned by your Line Manager
Apply and promote the Company culture and core values at all times
Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed
