We are looking for an Automotive Estimations Administrator based in Gqeberha.
Take on challenging tasks:
- Creating and configuring of MS Excel sheets relating to
project offers. - Creating and updating of MS Word documents relating to
project offers. - Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes required for
project offers. - Liaising with engineers and project teams to obtain
information from site inspections. - Creating and coordinating project handover
documentation. - Assisting with the creation of MS Excel spreadsheets
to improve the efficiency of project costings and
offers. - Keeping file structures up to date.
- Ad hoc tasks
Your skills:
- High degree in computer literacy in MS Office
- Excellent MS Excel and Word skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
