What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
·BSc or BEng in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Government Certificate of Competency (G.C.C Factories)
·or BTech/ Higher National Diploma Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Government Certificate of Competency (G.C.C Factories).
·Minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience
·Good management and strong technical skills
·Good stakeholder management /CRM skills
·Strong communication skills both written and oral
·Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations
·Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation
·Budget/financial management skills
·Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office suite
