One of the TOP banks in S.A. is looking for experienced legal and investment banking candidates to join their roll-out project for a 6-12 month period. This is a hybrid role, 2 days' a week at the office.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret legal documentation related to deals
- Cash flow and calculations
- Interpretation of complex data
- Liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Capture data in the loans system
- Work on tight deadlines to meet client expectations
- Arrange conference calls
- Manage portfolio of deals
- Work with high volumes
- Coordination of lender and borrower
- Data testing for migration
Must have:
