payments can support their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure and coordinate the full recruitment process with the management and the onboarding process for the new hires;
- Provide advice and guidance to line management concerning HR matters such that managers understand their obligations to ensure compliance, governance and improve understanding, control and performance of business
- Develop strong and influential relationships within the business, with the Italian HR team and externally to understand best practice and influence future development of the function
- Labour contracts + payslip management
- Employees holidays and absence control
- Interns and relations with Universities people and cost justifications
- All the matters related with gender equality law
- Manage the whole payroll process and be the point of contact for all HR administration, payroll issues, and first-line employee
- General office administration - assisting with the running of the office (ordering
office supplies, being the main point of contact for the building management)
Nice to have:
- 5-6 years of experience in similar role
- University degree
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills together with leadership capabilities
- Proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and supporting line managers through change, people management and development.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
- Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative whilst juggling a wide range of tasks.
