About the role:
The Digital Operations Executive will have responsibility for supporting the delivery of digital projects, primarily focused on the set-up and maintenance of event registration, data and system integrations such as with our mobile app vendors. This is a hands on role designed to improve user experience and overall registration, data quality and customer engagement, whilst helping drive the implementation of other digital projects working closely with other teams in the business, reporting into the Senior Digital Operations Manager.

You will be expected to:
• Work closely with the Senior Digital Operations Manager and other teams to understand requirements and translate those to best-in-class digital executions
• Support the Senior Digital Operations Manager in the implementation of event registration from conception to launch across various systems
• Support our Event Registration Consolidation plan onboarding new event teams to our organisational registration system
• Support our events onsite, both locally and internationally as required
• Assist and help maintain the event registration set-up throughout the event cycle and perform ad-hoc changes as and when required
• Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, event teams and 3rd parties to manage expectations and deliver on time and brief
• Produce and deliver top-level registration reports to influence decision-making for improvements
• Perform any other digital project administration tasks as and when required or ad-hoc support (i.e. mobile apps)
About you:
• Tech savvy, with basic understanding of HTML and CSS – or keen to upskill in this area
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with the office suite
• Strong collaboration skills to help manage input from stakeholders and 3rd parties
• Ability to manage and support different projects simultaneously
• Possess good knowledge of digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns
• Ability to understand analytics and drive data-driven conclusions
• Creative thinker and a passion for UX and all things customer first
• Desirable to have experience/knowledge of SaaS systems and expo’s, conference and events
