Job DescriptionThe Procurement Manager will create and execute sourcing strategies and oversee supplier relationships. You will be joining a newly created team providing a great opportunity to gain broad indirect category exposure along with being integral to the maturing and improvement of the function.
- Develop and apply sourcing strategies to improve processes and drive cost savings.
- Collaborate with teams to create sourcing plans that meet business needs.
- Analyse and report on procurement metrics to track performance and savings.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to manage risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation with suppliers.
- Support supplier development programmes and benchmark against industry standards.
To be considered:
- Procurement Manager / Category Manager / Supplier Relationship Manager within financial services.
- Proven record of achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier performance.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
On Offer:
- £70,000 - £90,000.
- Hybrid: 2-3 days / week in London.
