We have started the selection process of a Head of Sales to join a leading company in the packaging industry. This position will take the lead of their development in the UK market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Languages: English (Native)
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and data analysis programs.
- 5 years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams in the packaging industry.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills: data analysis and decision-making.
Your key responsibilities
- Be an ambassador of the company, attending key clients' meetings and industry events.
- You will be a model leader, a proactive and strong leader that will drive a high-performing commercial team to meet the short and long-term company objetives.
- Take the commercial lead of UK market, developing and implementing the sales strategy.
- Generate synergies with other departments to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate KPI's to optimize teams' performance and improve profitability and growth of the company.
