Referment is seeking a dynamic and energetic Executive Assistantto join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, task-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease. You will be a key support to the senior leadership team and wider sales team, playing a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments for the leadership and sales teams.
- Client & Candidate Communication: Liaising with candidates and clients to arrange interviews and meetings, ensuring a seamless process.
- Event Coordination: Booking entertainment and events for team or client gatherings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Supporting Senior Leadership: Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential matters.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate client meetings, assist in preparing materials, and follow up on action items.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Task Management: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks at once with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and candidates.
- Relationship Building: A personable, outgoing, and energetic individual who enjoys engaging with people and building strong professional relationships.
- Proactive & Task-Oriented: A self-starter who is able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Professionalism: Experience working with senior staff, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in booking entertainment and coordinating events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
- Knowledge of sales operations and team coordination is a plus.
