Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books and CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Clear criminal record.
- Must reside in or around the Hatfield area.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and balance transactions.
- Apply administrative policies and procedures.
- Create orders and convert quotes into invoices.
- Reconcile payments and issue invoices.
- Assist with customer queries.
- Generate customer statements and follow up on payments.
- Conduct tools auditing and stock taking.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
