Clarify open points possibly making proposals and / or developing a prototype for further discussion.
Develop the frontend part of user stories, suitable for the different devices that must be supported.
Contribute to the development of brand shaping look and feel.
Take part in regular Scrum Meetings, Daily Standup Meetings, Planning, Estimation, Refinement, Review, and Retro.
Laise with stakeholders and team members.
Present results to stakeholders.
Qualifications/Experience:
3-5 years’ experience as a UX / UI designer.
Relevant IT Degree / Work Experience / Diploma.

Functional Skills:
Sound knowledge in UI / UX and familiar with user-centred design approach.
Fit for business purpose mind-set, i.e. the solutions must meet the business goals.
At least 2 years worth of experience using design software such as Figma, InVision, Azure, and Adobe CC Suite.
An understanding or proficiency in UI framework:
AntDesign / Material UI.
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work behaviour in a distributed team.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Technical Skills / Technology:
Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Advanced knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
Following secure coding standards.
Experience in GIT.
Cross-browser compatibility and responsive design knowledge.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge about Agile tools such as Confluence and Jira.
DevOps.
Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users.
Should be willing to deal with (talk to) our customers. In most cases, they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist.
