Job Responsibilities:
- The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious travel service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services.
- Specialise in leisure and rewards travel with specialist knowledge of the products offered, relevant fares and deals in place.
- Be very client centric and focus on superior service delivery.
- Amadeus GDS is a must.
- Full understanding and ability to facilitate bookings via an Online Booking system, portal, or any other medium, e.g. AGM, Travelit and Digital Trip.
- Ability to fulfil package bookings through tour operators and ability to self-package deals.
- Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
- Accurately complete all reissues.
- Ability to quote preferred agreement deals and full understanding of the conditions of these deals and eligibility.
- Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations.
- Ability to complete all refunds accurately.
- Ensure preferred agreement deals are understood & applied.
- Ability to provide navigational and technical support on our online portal, Travelit.
- Provide troubleshooting to all online users where required.
- Alignment to all TTS policies and procedures.
- TTS code of conduct to be read, understood, signed and upheld.
- Full understanding of the SOP procedures, in line with ISO & Company Compliance.
- Full understanding of all ISO compliance requirements.
- Fully conversant with preferred partners both of TTS and client.
- Strategic approach when quoting preferred partners.
- Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings.
- No tickets to be on the un-invoiced ticket list.
- Ability to identify other opportunities for additional income and savings to client, when quoting.
- All vouchers correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier.
- Cost conscious mindset for both TTS and the client.
- Understanding Security Restrictions.
- A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service.
- Ability to build relationships with TTS clients.
- Immediate attention to any client complaint.
- Adhere to TTS/client turnaround times & SLA.
- Ability to read and update all traveller and client profiles.

- Build and maintain multi-level relationships within TTS.

- This position is office based in Bryanston but from time to time, may allow for working from home. In this case, the staff member must comply with our Home Networker policy.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Travel Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leisure and 10 years overall in travel.
- Advantage if the incumbent has experience in rewards travel programmes.
