We are looking for an experienced qualified chef that is able to lead and manage our Kitchen.
Requirements:
- Planning and developing menus / recipes.
- Stock management: from securing the best prices, par level implementation, ordering procedure management, stock issuing, stock takes, analysing variances and investigating variances.
- Processing invoices on POS.
- Familiar with all kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility in terms of working shifts and weekends.
- Continuous training of kitchen staff.
- Ensuring the highest standards are met in all aspects.
- Pass/Plating management.
This role would also require the person to assist with certain general managerial duties such as closing of the shop on certain of their night shifts.
