Requirements
· Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in a Bid/Proposal management role in the construction industry
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring that the Estimating Department has all the relevant backup for every completed project, ie. Tender Award Letter, Completion Certificate/s, Final Account Certificate and References.
- Ensure sign-off of any significant post-tender amendments by an authorised person, plus filing thereof.
- Overseeing Estimating Assistants during the Subcontractor/Supplier Tender Enquiry process to ensure that the tender enquiries are sent out timeously and accurately.
