We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services and mitigating risk, while also leading a team of skilled QA Agents. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, insurance industry standards, and have strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.

- Must have own reliable transport and committed to putting in the hours to build and take the team to the next level
- Must be computer literate
Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience in leading a highly successful QA Team
- Must have 3-5 years sound insurance industry knowledge
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience in underwriting
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve identified risks
- Must have the experience and confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have a strong ability to inform, educate, nurture, and drive their team to success
- Develop the team’s strengths and improve weaknesses
- Identify the team’s goals and evaluate the teams’ progress
- Organize team initiatives
- Provide clear guidance and instructions to the team
- To be able to listen to their team’s members feedback and take the relevant action
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Sending of reports to update the business on the team’s performance
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Motive and drive team members to perform
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
