THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a full service communications agency that focus on social change. They work with the likes of NGO's, Governments and Businesses to tackle complex social issues.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Manage a mixed-method research team the deliver audience focused insights around various campaigns.
- Manage a strategy team that apply behaviour change, human-centred design and strategic thinking to the work of the business, includes leading programme design, campaign planning and doing analysis e.g political economy analysis, conflict assessments.
- You will conduct quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human centered design principles.
- Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams
- Sit on the senior management team and advise on best practice for the organisation
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- Excellent experience and understanding of research and strategy
- 10 years experience working in research and strategy roles in a social impact agency
- Experience with behaviour change campaigns/social strategy
- Excellent communication skills, ability to break complex problems down succinctly

- 1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview
- 2nd stage: Task stage + Presentation
