Job DescriptionAdvanced Aesthetic Partners is a fast-growing platform of Medical Aesthetics Clinics; we build or acquire and then operate leading aesthetics brands throughout the UK. Our team is composed of Doctors, Nurses, Medical Aestheticians and a highly qualified management team. We are one of the largest companies in the industry and we currently operate 12 locations under the Simply Clinics and Melior Clinics brands (with more to come soon!).
As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO on mission-critical projects, assisting the day-to-day activities associated with running a growing, private equity-backed business.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building a business from a position of real responsibility. Someone who can see the high-level picture but at the same time is willing to get their hands dirty on a daily basis. A good-planner and strong communicator with a bias towards action.
The role will report directly to the CEO and high-performing individuals will have ample room to grow with the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to shape the company's vision and to identify key strategic priorities
- Plan, coordinate and drive end-to-end the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives, spanning from pricing to new treatment introductions and to the opening of new locations
- Aid and advise on M&A efforts
- Help prepare and present in Board of Directors meetings
- Support the wider management team in the day-to-day operations.
- Create systems and processes to streamline the company's operations.
- Contribute in building out further the company's corporate team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in start-ups, growth-stage companies, private equity backed companies or startups
- Strong project management skills—you know how to plan, prioritize, set expectations, execute, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proven experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Previous experience in marketing-related projects highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert in PPT, Excel (incl. financial modelling) and other business tools
- Multi-site healthcare or B2C experience preferred
- Experience in entrepreneurial environments preferred
