Casa by JJ is an Interiors luxury lifestyle brand seeking a motivated and customer focused Brand Coordinator to help us increase brand awareness by developing effective brand promotion strategies and campaigns.
Significant experience in marketing strategy creation, management, and delivery.
Experience coordinating and managing premium, lifestyl-led brand marketing executions.
Content and social-media marketing experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms
Experience within a forward-thinking business.
Competent with digital experiences and social media platforms.
You will work alongside our CEO to ensure that all brand-related projects are executed efficiently and within deadlines, and that every deliverable (e.g. Ad creative, email blasts, social media posts, blog articles, etc.) aligns with our brand image, uses the correct tone of voice, and speaks to our target audience.
This is an exciting position that requires both creativity and an analytical mindset, as you’ll be handling a variety of tasks, such as organising, delivering strategies for brand campaign activation, tasks scheduling and hosting meetings with other team members, and ensuring a timely delivery of marketing campaigns and analysis including posting on social media.
To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable. You’ll join a team of experienced professionals working in a fast-paced environment, with a common goal of turning our brand into a household name.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Here’s what duties you will perform as our Brand Coordinator:
- Contributing to brand strategy development, execution, and evaluation
- Working and communicating with the Founder/CEO to uncover new ways to promote the company’s brand and boost brand awareness
- Creating Collaborations with complementary brands
- Helping other team members manage the ongoing and future brand-related projects by defining project timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring the team’s progress, and removing bottlenecks
- Producing valuable weekly/monthly reports that help us gauge the effectiveness of our branding campaigns
- Revising and editing the copy and all available creative materials prepared for brand campaigns
- Establishing the project timelines and deadlines
- Coordinating the brand campaign budget, keeping records, and tracking project expenses
- Creating and executing events strategy.
Brand Coordinator Requirements
The criteria you must meet to be considered for the Brand Coordinator role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- At least 3-5 years of prior experience in Marketing, marketing projects, and strategy planning
- Extensive knowledge of lifestyle marketing, ideally homeware
- Remarkable analytical, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Superior command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Docs
- Knowledge of klaviyo, Canva, photoshop.
