Job DescriptionMode Search is exclusively supporting a luxury fashion maison in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This role reports to the TA Manager and sits within the UK & Ireland HR team.
As a TA Specialist you will act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand ethos through mindful candidate care and thorough screening on soft and hard skills as well as team and brand fit.
The Role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through brand’s career page, LinkedIn and referrals
- Create job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain high quality data entry on HRIS to facilitate follow up and GDPR compliance
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in recruitment within luxury fashion retail
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
