Job DescriptionTopline Role Overview
You’ll work closely with our Group Creative leads, as well as editorial and accounts teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your role will involve owning the development process across multiple channels, from branding to social campaigns and everything in between (25% video, 55% digital, 20% print etc).
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of projects, supporting the team, and ensuring the final output is of the highest quality. You’ll collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers and art directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ideas and pitch concepts to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing a team, helping to organise the workload of your team as well as your own
- Ability to confidently and effectively direct shoots (both stills and video for social and ATL)
- Have a clear understanding and have put in practice the creative process from pre- to post-production, ensuring that budgets are adhered to
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Excellent eye for detail and a sense checking attitude to creative output
- Process driven, pro-active and motivated
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Your portfolio should demonstrate conceptual thinking and show examples of ideas that communicate effective creative solutions that challenge and push perceptions of brands.
About You:
- Accomplished in Adobe Creative Suite as well as having experience or curious about emerging creative tools. (Figma, Canva, Shorthand, ai tools etc)
- You can confidently move between different mediums, from crafting a brand identity to overseeing the production of a TV ad.
- Experience in an agency setting, with a solid portfolio that spans B2B and B2C across various disciplines, including branding, campaigns (TV and OOH), social, and digital.
- Ideally, you have a design background yourself, and you bring that sensibility into your art direction, ensuring that every piece of work meets the highest visual standards.
- Getting involved in new business opportunities and contributing to successful wins for growing the business. Also spotting creative opportunities with existing clients.
