Job Description: As a Trade Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and settlement of trades as well as support to all clients and stakeholders that utilise the platform. You will work closely with various teams to support trading activities, manage trade discrepancies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations as well as working closely with Infrastructure, Sales and Surveillance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process trade transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve trade discrepancies and ensure timely settlement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support trading activities.
- Maintain and update trade-related documentation.
- Utilize Unix environments, FIX protocol, and SQL databases to manage trade data.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial domain.
- The client requires someone that is a fluent Spanish speaker.
- Proficiency in Unix environments, FIX protocol, and SQL databases.
- Experience with equities trading is a plus but not required.
- Scripting experience e.g. bash/shell, python or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
