Join our evolving HR team and help deliver world-class live events, from the Olympics to music festivals! We're looking for an HR Officer/Administrator eager to manage the full employee lifecycle and support our fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead job postings, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- HR Systems & Records: Manage employee data using Employment Hero and process payroll changes accurately.
- Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll (Sage 50), pensions, private medical insurance, and more.
- Employee Relations: Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
- HR Projects: Contribute to exciting HR initiatives and process improvements.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in an HR officer/administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of UK employment law.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Employment Hero, Sage 50) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
