Boden Group is working with a top London flexible workspace business to help them source a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in London.
You'll work with the Facilities Manager and Area Managers to ensure an exceptional member experience across all touch-points, including maintaining our buildings & equipment safely as well as delivering a flawless IT experience.
What will you be doing?
- Manage our Facilities and IT tickets, responding to all requests within required SLAs
- Manage excellent relationships with our Membership Team, contractors, landlords & suppliers
- Work with our Membership Managers to complete space audits to support in brilliant operational execution
- Work closely with the Facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spaces
- Support the monitoring of the Facilities and IT contractors to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently and safely
- Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring that health & safety, emergency procedures & safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislation
- In the absence of the Facilities Manager, take control of any emergency situations & evacuation plans
- Identify areas of improvement in delivery of our services & processes, implementing changes as required
- Assist the Facilities Manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier & tender processes
- Ensure safe working practices across our spaces through Health & Safety standards
What are we looking for in a successful applicant?
- We are looking for someone who has already worked in a facilities role either as a coordinator, assistant or administrator.
- The attitude to want to learn
- An understanding of H&S
- Strong administration skills, and be highly organised with the ability to re-prioritise regularly
- A positive can-do attitude and always come with solutions
