We are seeking an Marketing Executive to take lead in executing brand and trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, influencer partnerships and strengthen relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Brand & PR Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling programs.
- Help coordinate photoshoots and content creation for product marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogues, and in-store displays.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
2.Trade Marketing & Influencer Partnerships:
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including merchandising strategies, retailer training, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall sales objectives.
- Help manage relationships with retail partners, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and marketing materials are effectively utilized.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of trade marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
3.Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage timelines for marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking marketing collateral and inventory.
4.Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, budget tracking, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in organising marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations.
- Keep marketing databases and assets up to date, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of materials to relevant parties.
5.Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience or internships in marketing, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
- Mid-Level (2-4 years of experience)
6.Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7.Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with retailers or within a trade marketing role.
- Familiarity with premium or luxury brand marketing.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
Work Environment:
- Typically works in an office environment, with potential for remote working.
- Standard working hours of 9am – 6pm, with room for flexibility depending on deadlines.
