As number 2 to the Head of People, you will hold responsibility for the operational people function ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered to the business of around 250 employees. You will have a broad generalist remit with a real mix of HR Ops and projects.
This role will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, being a trusted and reliable advisor across the company, you will need to coach and advice managers to proactively tackle issues that arise, upskilling them where necessary.
