Qualifications: - Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- MCSE Certification (preferred)
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows 10+, Server 2016+, Office 365)
- Understanding of WAN & LAN technologies
- Familiarity with TCIP tools (DNS, DHCP) and routing
- Hands-on experience with server and PC/Laptop hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo)
- Previous experience in retail environments and POS hardware (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and own transport
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Service Desk: Log incidents, provide L1 telephonic support, and escalate when necessary
- Execute daily operational activities like backup tape changes and health checks
- Provide technical support for desktops, servers, printers, and networks
- Engage with vendors to meet operational requirements
- Support CCTV, PABX & call logging systems (3CX)
