We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Office Operations and Process Manager to oversee office systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration to achieve company objectives. Join our team at a leading company in the apparel industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 – 8 years of Office and/or Operations Management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry
- Project and Operations management experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software’s specifically Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Adhere to strict confidentiality
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve and develop office procedures
- Oversee and manage daily operations for efficiency and productivity
- Manage stock control for finished goods and raw materials
- Oversee stock control and dispatch from the raw store to the factory
- Ensure accurate balance of goods post-manufacturing, verifying correct materials usage and received quantities
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, sales tracking, and performance reporting
- Analyse and report on company financial data (e.g., GP, cash flow, debtors, creditors)
- Support and guide the senior management team
- Monitor financial performance and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Assist teams with project implementation (e.g., new software and systems)
- Foster a positive work environment whilst enforcing company systems and policies
