Job Experience & Skills Required: - Prepare and manage budgets for production and operational expenses
- Establish and monitor standard costs, adjusting for variances as needed
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs
- Monitor and evaluate inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting
- Allocate overhead costs to products or cost centres accurately and consistently
- Generate detailed cost reports for internal financial review
- Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce operational costs
- Provide accurate cost data and reports for audit compliance
- Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and financial regulations
- Manage and optimize cost accounting modules within ERP systems
Qualifications: - BCom in Finance
- CIMA
- Minimum 3 years experience
