New Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to develop new profitable business within the B2B Direct Business sector, in line with the company's growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience with a demonstrable track record and skills/experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Strong demonstrated track record of business development within the B2B sector and improving market share in identified priority sectors (mining, industrial, construction, fleet).
- Knowledge of the petrochemical and energy industry. Knowledge of B2B Lubricants supply is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Syspro is advantageous.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool is advantageous.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills (monitor, analysis, and provide recommendations).
