We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team within a dual role of Financial Administrator and Academic Administrator. This role requires a candidate who can effectively manage both financial and academic administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations at our campus based in Benoni.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, managing academic records, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the institution.
Within this dual role, you would be covering the following duties:
- Student Registration
- Student Administration
- Debtors
- Creditors
- Other adhoc office duties

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience using SAGE Intacct or related accounting systems
- A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a finance department essential
- Understanding of academic record keeping
- Experience in the hospitality industry beneficial
