Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join a busy commercial facility based in Swindon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Duties:

Cleaning offices, staff facilities and communal areas

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting

Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
-
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly

Sanitising touch points and high traffic areas
-
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site

Completing cleaning schedules and task records
-
Responding to reactive cleaning requirements as needed

Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively

Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
-
Previous cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

Good attention to detail
-
Reliable and punctual attitude
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with manual duties including walking, lifting and bending
-
Good communication skills
-
Awareness of health and safety procedures
-
Knowledge of COSHH regulations would be advantageous
