What Are We Looking For?
RSE Controls Bristol (GPS) is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join the team in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial and Finance team, while also providing broader administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to use their own initiative and contribute to the continued success of RSE Controls Bristol.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:

Support the Finance team in preparing cash flow forecast spreadsheets, ensuring financial information is accurately recorded and reported to facilitate real-time monitoring of project margins.

Ensure customer portals are regularly updated and maintained to reflect current information.

Support the administration and processing of new orders and subcontract documentation.

Coordinate and prepare audit documentation to support successful ISO compliance audits.

Assist the Sales team with the completion of supplier questionnaires and the preparation of supporting documentation.

Assist project teams and managers with the maintenance of documentation and registers, issuing related stats and reports as require.

Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

Basic understanding of ISO accreditation – advantageous.

Good organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Work well within a team environment.

Able to produce high standard of work.

Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines.
