Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Log, escalate and manage complaints in accordance with internal policies
Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Assist in billing inquiries and payment processing to ensure accurate customer accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.Profile
