Warehouse Operative
Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Clacton-on-Sea.
This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment where the successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, assist with stock movement, and carry out occasional deliveries using a company van.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving materials safely around the warehouse
- Operating a forklift truck when required
- Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Delivering goods to customers or company sites using a company van when required
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Driving company van when needed
Requirements
- Valid external forklift licence (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
