Pay Rate: Up to £13 P/H

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis to provide cover. This is a busy, customer-focused role where you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
Assisting customers with enquiries and providing accurate information
Processing incoming parts and associated paperwork
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve queries
Providing a professional and helpful service at all times Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
