Ready to join the AA+AI journey?#LI-HybridThis is the jobAs our Head of AI Product, you’ll lead the direction and delivery of AI products across The AA, ensuring they create meaningful, measurable impact. You’ll be accountable for portfolio-level outcomes, setting clear product standards, aligning priorities across domains and supporting Senior AI Product Owners to move initiatives from concept through to production and scaled adoption.Alongside leading the wider AI product portfolio, you’ll directly own the roadmap for a key business domain. You’ll translate strategic goals into outcome-focused AI products, balancing innovation with operational fit, governance and responsible use.Working at the centre of our AI Centre of Excellence, you’ll collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Architecture, Risk and Security teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions that drive real business value.What will I be doing?Lead AI product outcomes across the organisation, setting standards and aligning priorities to deliver measurable valueOwn and deliver the AI product roadmap for a key business domain, translating strategy into high-impact use casesShape and influence executive stakeholders, guiding prioritisation, reporting progress and demonstrating realised valueDrive AI initiatives from discovery to scaled adoption, including rollout planning, training and ROI trackingChampion collaboration with platform, data and engineering teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable and production-readyEmbed responsible AI and governance standards, ensuring compliance, privacy and operational resilienceWhat do I need?Significant experience in product leadership, with accountability for portfolio-level outcomesA proven track record of building and launching AI/ML products into production, including go-to-market and post-launch performanceStrong understanding of AI, ML and GenAI capabilities, including production deployment considerations (e.g. monitoring, lifecycle, risk)Experience leading and developing high-performing product teamsExcellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skillsA data-driven mindset with a clear record of driving adoption, ROI and measurable impactAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
