Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Updating and maintaining customer records within CRM systems
Providing accurate information on products, orders, and services
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements
Handling queries efficiently and professionally
Supporting operational processes and contributing to continuous improvementAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong office‑based customer service experience (essential)
Excellent systems skills, ideally including CRM platforms
A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving
Great communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure and manage a varied workload
